Wavvy TV Plus — Terms of Use

1. About These Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Mustafa Terzi, an independent individual developer based in Rize, Türkiye ("we", "us"). They govern your use of the Wavvy TV Plus app on phones, tablets, Android TV and other devices, and of its related services — cloud sync, QR sign-in and the account deletion form (together, the "App").
By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these Terms. Our Copyright Policy explains how we handle copyright complaints.
These Terms are also published in Turkish further down this page. In the event of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
2. What the App Is — and Is Not
Wavvy TV Plus is a media player. It plays streams and playlists that you add from your own sources, such as M3U/M3U8 playlists, Xtream Codes accounts and XMLTV guides.
- We do not provide, sell, host or control any channels, movies, series or streams, and we are not affiliated with any IPTV provider.
- We do not recommend, endorse or check any playlist or provider, and we do not monitor what you play.
- Paying for Premium pays for features of the player. It does not buy access to any content.
Demo mode. The optional demo mode lets you try the player before adding your own playlist. It loads publicly available channel lists published by the independent, open-source iptv-org project. Those streams are hosted by third parties, not by us. We do not control their availability or content, and we may change or remove the demo at any time.
Movie and series information. Artwork, descriptions and ratings come from third-party services such as TMDB and OMDb and may be incomplete or inaccurate. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
3. Your Responsibility for Content
You alone are responsible for the playlists, links and credentials you add, and for having the right to access and watch the content they provide. You agree to:
- Use only playlists and services you are legally entitled to use in your country
- Not use the App to access, copy, record, rebroadcast or share content in violation of copyright or other rights
- Not use the App to distribute illegal content
We may suspend or terminate access when we receive a valid notice that the App is being used to infringe someone's rights (see Section 11 and our Copyright Policy).
4. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent's or guardian's permission, particularly to make purchases.
- You can use the App as a guest (an anonymous account is created automatically) or sign in with Google to sync across devices.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device, Google account and IPTV credentials secure.
- Parental control. Some playlists contain adult content. The App offers a PIN to hide adult categories, but we cannot classify or filter what a playlist contains. Parents and guardians are responsible for the content they make available on a device.
5. Free Version, Premium and Payments
Free version. New users may get a period of free access after installation. Its length can vary, and the App shows what applies to you. After that, the free version may include ads and limits on time, features or content. We may change what the free version includes.
Premium subscriptions. Premium is available as a monthly or yearly subscription sold through Google Play. Prices are shown in the App and on Google Play before you buy, in your local currency and including any taxes Google Play applies.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price in effect at that time, until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Premium until then.
- Introductory offers, where shown, are available only to users Google Play determines to be eligible. They switch to the regular price when the offer period ends.
- If we change a subscription price, Google Play notifies you in advance as its policies require, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
Lifetime purchase. The Lifetime option is a one-time payment. It unlocks Premium on the Google Play account used to buy it for as long as we continue to offer the App and its Premium features. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the App, not of a person or a device. It is personal, cannot be transferred and is not a subscription. Buying Lifetime does not cancel an existing subscription; cancel that separately in Google Play.
Devices. Premium is intended for personal and household use. We may set a reasonable limit on the number of devices that can use one purchase. If we do, we will explain it in the App before it takes effect.
Refunds. Payments are processed by Google Play and are subject to the Google Play refund policies. You can request a refund through Google Play, and we may also grant refunds at our discretion. Where the law of your country gives you a right of withdrawal, that right may end once the digital service has started with your consent. Nothing in this section limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Changes to features. We may add, change or remove features. We will not materially reduce the core Premium features during a subscription period you have already paid for, unless the law, Google Play or security reasons require it.
6. Advertising
The free version may show ads supplied by third-party advertising networks. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the websites and apps they lead to. Your advertising choices are described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the App, except where the law expressly allows it
- Bypass, disable or interfere with Premium checks, free-access limits, ads or security features — including repeatedly reinstalling or resetting the App to get free access again
- Distribute modified versions of the App, or sell or rent access to it
- Use the App, our cloud sync, QR sign-in or metadata proxy in a way that overloads, damages or disrupts them, or access them by automated means other than the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
8. Our Intellectual Property
The App — including its code, design, name and logos — belongs to us and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial use, in line with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
Channel names, logos and trademarks that appear in playlists or in movie and series information belong to their owners. Their appearance in the App does not mean we are affiliated with or endorsed by them.
9. Your Data and Playlists
You keep all rights in the playlists, credentials, favorites and other information you add. You allow us to store, sync and process them only as needed to run the App for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and cloud data at any time from Settings → Cloud Account → Remove Account.
10. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services, including your IPTV provider, Google (Play and Firebase), Cloudflare, advertising networks, TMDB and OMDb. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, content or conduct. Google is not a party to these Terms.
11. Suspension and Termination
You can stop using the App at any time and delete your account from within the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or its cloud features if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, if the law requires it, or if we receive a valid notice that your use infringes someone else's rights. Where reasonable, we will tell you why. If we terminate your access because of a serious breach on your part, you are not entitled to a refund unless the law requires one.
We may discontinue the App or any feature. If we discontinue Premium features while your subscription is active, you can request a refund for the unused period through Google Play or by contacting us.
12. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no express or implied warranties, including that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that it will work with every device or provider, or that any stream will play. Playback depends on your provider, network and device, which are outside our control.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for content played through the App, for the acts of IPTV providers or other third parties, or for indirect losses such as loss of data, profit or opportunity.
- Our total liability for all claims relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law — including liability for intent or gross negligence — or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
14. Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover reasonable losses and costs we incur from third-party claims caused by your unlawful use of the App or your breach of Section 3 or Section 7.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the App changes or as the law requires. We will revise the "Last Updated" date, and we will notify you in the App before any material change takes effect. If you keep using the App after a change takes effect, the updated Terms apply. If you do not agree, stop using the App and, if you have a subscription, cancel it in Google Play.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Rize, Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes.
If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, or your right to go to the consumer arbitration bodies or courts that the law makes available to you.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us — most issues can be resolved quickly.
17. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a provision, that does not mean we waive it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a successor that continues to run the App, provided your rights are not reduced.

1. Bu Koşullar Hakkında
Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), sizinle Rize, Türkiye'de yerleşik bağımsız bireysel geliştirici Mustafa Terzi ("biz") arasındaki sözleşmedir. Telefon, tablet, Android TV ve diğer cihazlardaki Wavvy TV Plus uygulamasının ve ona bağlı hizmetlerin — bulut eşitleme, QR ile giriş ve hesap silme formu (birlikte "Uygulama") — kullanımını düzenler.
Uygulamayı yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayın.
Kişisel verileri nasıl işlediğimiz Gizlilik Politikamızda açıklanır ve bu Koşulların parçasıdır. Telif hakkı şikâyetlerini nasıl ele aldığımız Telif Hakkı Politikamızda açıklanır.
Bu Koşulların İngilizcesi bu sayfanın yukarısında yayımlanmıştır. Herhangi bir uyuşmazlık hâlinde, ülkenizin hukuku aksini zorunlu kılmadıkça Türkçe sürüm esas alınır.
2. Uygulama Nedir, Ne Değildir
Wavvy TV Plus bir medya oynatıcıdır. Kendi kaynaklarınızdan eklediğiniz yayınları ve oynatma listelerini — M3U/M3U8 listeleri, Xtream Codes hesapları ve XMLTV rehberleri gibi — oynatır.
- Hiçbir kanal, film, dizi veya yayını sağlamayız, satmayız, barındırmayız veya denetlemeyiz; hiçbir IPTV sağlayıcısıyla bağlantımız yoktur.
- Hiçbir oynatma listesini veya sağlayıcıyı önermez, onaylamaz ya da kontrol etmeyiz; ne oynattığınızı izlemeyiz.
- Premium için yaptığınız ödeme oynatıcının özelliklerinin bedelidir. Herhangi bir içeriğe erişim satın almaz.
Demo modu. İsteğe bağlı demo modu, kendi listenizi eklemeden önce oynatıcıyı denemenizi sağlar. Bu mod, bağımsız ve açık kaynaklı iptv-org projesinin yayımladığı, herkese açık kanal listelerini yükler. Bu yayınlar bizim tarafımızdan değil, üçüncü kişilerce barındırılır. Erişilebilirliklerini veya içeriklerini kontrol etmeyiz ve demo modunu her zaman değiştirebilir ya da kaldırabiliriz.
Film ve dizi bilgileri. Afişler, açıklamalar ve puanlar TMDB ve OMDb gibi üçüncü taraf hizmetlerden gelir; eksik veya hatalı olabilir. Bu ürün TMDB API'sini kullanır ancak TMDB tarafından onaylanmamış veya sertifikalandırılmamıştır.
3. İçerikle İlgili Sorumluluğunuz
Eklediğiniz oynatma listelerinden, bağlantılardan ve kimlik bilgilerinden, ayrıca bunların sağladığı içeriğe erişme ve izleme hakkına sahip olmaktan yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz. Şunları kabul edersiniz:
- Yalnızca ülkenizde kullanmaya yasal olarak hakkınız olan oynatma listelerini ve hizmetleri kullanmak
- Uygulamayı telif hakkını veya başka hakları ihlal ederek içeriğe erişmek, kopyalamak, kaydetmek, yeniden yayınlamak veya paylaşmak için kullanmamak
- Uygulamayı yasa dışı içerik dağıtmak için kullanmamak
Uygulamanın birinin haklarını ihlal etmek için kullanıldığına dair geçerli bir bildirim aldığımızda erişimi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz (bkz. Bölüm 11 ve Telif Hakkı Politikası).
4. Kullanım Şartları ve Hesaplar
- Uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısınız (ülkenizde dijital rıza yaşı daha yüksekse o yaşta). Bulunduğunuz yerde reşit değilseniz, özellikle satın alma yapmak için ebeveyninizin veya velinizin izni gerekir.
- Uygulamayı misafir olarak (otomatik oluşturulan anonim bir hesapla) kullanabilir veya cihazlar arasında eşitleme için Google ile giriş yapabilirsiniz.
- Hesabınızdaki etkinlikten ve cihazınızın, Google hesabınızın ve IPTV kimlik bilgilerinizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
- Ebeveyn denetimi. Bazı oynatma listeleri yetişkin içerik barındırır. Uygulama yetişkin kategorilerini gizlemek için bir PIN sunar, ancak bir listenin ne içerdiğini sınıflandıramaz veya filtreleyemeyiz. Bir cihazda erişilebilir kıldıkları içerikten ebeveynler ve veliler sorumludur.
5. Ücretsiz Sürüm, Premium ve Ödemeler
Ücretsiz sürüm. Yeni kullanıcılara kurulumdan sonra bir süre ücretsiz erişim tanınabilir. Bu sürenin uzunluğu değişebilir; size geçerli olanı Uygulama gösterir. Sonrasında ücretsiz sürüm reklam ve süre, özellik veya içerik sınırları içerebilir. Ücretsiz sürümün kapsamını değiştirebiliriz.
Premium abonelikler. Premium, Google Play üzerinden satılan aylık veya yıllık abonelik olarak sunulur. Fiyatlar satın almadan önce Uygulamada ve Google Play'de, yerel para biriminizde ve Google Play'in uyguladığı vergiler dahil gösterilir.
- Abonelikler, siz iptal edene kadar her fatura döneminin sonunda o tarihte geçerli fiyattan otomatik olarak yenilenir.
- İstediğiniz zaman Google Play → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler bölümünden iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, mevcut fatura döneminin sonunda geçerli olur ve o zamana kadar Premium'u kullanmaya devam edersiniz.
- Gösterilen giriş teklifleri yalnızca Google Play'in uygun bulduğu kullanıcılara sunulur ve teklif süresi bitince normal fiyata geçer.
- Bir abonelik fiyatını değiştirirsek Google Play, politikalarının gerektirdiği şekilde sizi önceden bilgilendirir; yeni fiyat uygulanmadan önce iptal edebilirsiniz.
Ömür boyu satın alma. Ömür boyu seçeneği tek seferlik bir ödemedir. Premium'u, satın almanın yapıldığı Google Play hesabında, Uygulamayı ve Premium özelliklerini sunmaya devam ettiğimiz sürece açar. "Ömür boyu" ifadesi bir kişinin veya cihazın değil, Uygulamanın ömrünü ifade eder. Kişiseldir, devredilemez ve abonelik değildir. Ömür boyu satın alma mevcut bir aboneliği iptal etmez; aboneliği Google Play'den ayrıca iptal etmeniz gerekir.
Cihazlar. Premium kişisel ve hane içi kullanım içindir. Tek bir satın almanın kullanılabileceği cihaz sayısına makul bir sınır getirebiliriz. Getirirsek, yürürlüğe girmeden önce Uygulamada açıklarız.
İadeler. Ödemeler Google Play tarafından işlenir ve Google Play iade politikalarına tabidir. İade talebinizi Google Play üzerinden iletebilirsiniz; takdirimize bağlı olarak biz de iade yapabiliriz. Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği uyarınca elektronik ortamda anında ifa edilen hizmetlerde ve tüketiciye anında teslim edilen gayrimaddi mallarda cayma hakkı kullanılamaz; başka ülkelerde de benzer kurallar, dijital hizmet sizin onayınızla başladığında cayma hakkını sona erdirebilir. Bu bölümdeki hiçbir hüküm tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz zorunlu hakları sınırlamaz.
Özellik değişiklikleri. Özellik ekleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya kaldırabiliriz. Ödemesini yaptığınız bir abonelik dönemi içinde, yasa, Google Play veya güvenlik gerekçesiyle zorunlu olmadıkça temel Premium özelliklerini esaslı biçimde azaltmayız.
6. Reklamlar
Ücretsiz sürüm, üçüncü taraf reklam ağlarının sağladığı reklamları gösterebilir. Üçüncü taraf reklamların içeriğinden ve yönlendirdikleri web sitelerinden veya uygulamalardan sorumlu değiliz. Reklam tercihleriniz Gizlilik Politikamızda açıklanmıştır.
7. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:
- Yasanın açıkça izin verdiği hâller dışında Uygulamayı kopyalamak, değiştirmek, kaynak koduna dönüştürmek, tersine mühendislik uygulamak veya türev çalışmalar oluşturmak
- Premium kontrollerini, ücretsiz erişim sınırlarını, reklamları veya güvenlik özelliklerini atlatmak, devre dışı bırakmak ya da bunlara müdahale etmek — yeniden ücretsiz erişim elde etmek için Uygulamayı tekrar tekrar kaldırıp yüklemek veya sıfırlamak dahil
- Uygulamanın değiştirilmiş sürümlerini dağıtmak ya da Uygulamaya erişimi satmak veya kiralamak
- Uygulamayı, bulut eşitlemeyi, QR ile girişi veya metadata vekil sunucumuzu aşırı yükleyecek, zarar verecek ya da aksatacak şekilde veya Uygulama dışındaki otomatik yollarla kullanmak
- Uygulamayı hukuka aykırı herhangi bir amaçla kullanmak
8. Fikri Mülkiyetimiz
Kodu, tasarımı, adı ve logoları dahil Uygulama bize aittir ve yasayla korunur. Size, Uygulamayı sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla, bu Koşullara ve Google Play Hizmet Şartlarına uygun şekilde yükleyip kullanmanız için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veririz.
Oynatma listelerinde veya film ve dizi bilgilerinde görünen kanal adları, logolar ve markalar sahiplerine aittir. Uygulamada görünmeleri, sahipleriyle bağlantılı olduğumuz veya onlar tarafından onaylandığımız anlamına gelmez.
9. Verileriniz ve Oynatma Listeleriniz
Eklediğiniz oynatma listeleri, kimlik bilgileri, favoriler ve diğer bilgiler üzerindeki tüm haklar sizde kalır. Bunları yalnızca Uygulamayı sizin için çalıştırmak üzere gerektiği ölçüde ve Gizlilik Politikasında açıklandığı şekilde saklamamıza, eşitlememize ve işlememize izin verirsiniz. Hesabınızı ve bulut verilerinizi istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar → Bulut Hesabı → Hesabı Kaldır yolundan silebilirsiniz.
10. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler
Uygulama; IPTV sağlayıcınız, Google (Play ve Firebase), Cloudflare, reklam ağları, TMDB ve OMDb dahil üçüncü taraf hizmetlere dayanır. Bu hizmetler kendi koşullarına tabidir; erişilebilirliklerinden, içeriklerinden veya davranışlarından sorumlu değiliz. Google bu Koşulların tarafı değildir.
11. Askıya Alma ve Sona Erme
Uygulamayı kullanmayı istediğiniz zaman bırakabilir ve hesabınızı Uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz.
Bu Koşulları ciddi biçimde veya tekrar tekrar ihlal etmeniz, yasanın gerektirmesi ya da kullanımınızın başkalarının haklarını ihlal ettiğine dair geçerli bir bildirim almamız hâlinde Uygulamaya veya bulut özelliklerine erişiminizi askıya alabilir ya da sonlandırabiliriz. Makul olduğu durumlarda nedenini size bildiririz. Erişiminizi sizin ciddi ihlaliniz nedeniyle sonlandırırsak, yasanın zorunlu kıldığı hâller dışında iade hakkınız doğmaz.
Uygulamayı veya herhangi bir özelliğini sonlandırabiliriz. Aboneliğiniz devam ederken Premium özelliklerini sonlandırırsak, kullanılmayan dönem için Google Play üzerinden veya bize yazarak iade talep edebilirsiniz.
12. Garanti Reddi
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut hâliyle" sunulur. Yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde; Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı, her cihaz ya da sağlayıcıyla uyumlu olacağı veya herhangi bir yayının oynatılacağı dahil, açık ya da örtülü hiçbir garanti vermeyiz. Oynatma; sağlayıcınıza, ağınıza ve cihazınıza bağlıdır ve bunlar bizim kontrolümüz dışındadır.
13. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde:
- Uygulama aracılığıyla oynatılan içerikten, IPTV sağlayıcılarının veya diğer üçüncü kişilerin eylemlerinden ya da veri, kâr veya fırsat kaybı gibi dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
- Uygulamayla ilgili tüm taleplerden doğan toplam sorumluluğumuz, talebin doğduğu tarihten önceki 12 ayda Uygulama için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır.
Bu Koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, kast veya ağır ihmalden doğan sorumluluk dahil, yasa gereği hariç tutulamayan ya da sınırlandırılamayan sorumluluğu veya tüketici olarak zorunlu haklarınızı ortadan kaldırmaz ya da sınırlamaz.
14. Tazminat
Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde, Uygulamayı hukuka aykırı kullanmanızdan veya Bölüm 3 ya da Bölüm 7'yi ihlal etmenizden kaynaklanan üçüncü kişi taleplerinin bize yol açtığı makul zarar ve masrafları karşılamayı kabul edersiniz.
15. Bu Koşullardaki Değişiklikler
Uygulama değiştikçe veya yasa gerektirdikçe bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. "Son Güncelleme" tarihini değiştiririz; esaslı değişiklikleri ise yürürlüğe girmeden önce Uygulama içinde bildiririz. Bir değişiklik yürürlüğe girdikten sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam ederseniz güncel Koşullar uygulanır. Kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakın ve aboneliğiniz varsa Google Play'den iptal edin.
16. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Uyuşmazlıklar
Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda Rize (Türkiye) Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.
Tüketiciyseniz bu hüküm, yerleşik olduğunuz ülkenin zorunlu hukuk kurallarının sağladığı korumadan veya yasanın size tanıdığı tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurma hakkınızdan sizi yoksun bırakmaz. Türkiye'deki tüketiciler, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun kapsamında yerleşim yerlerindeki tüketici hakem heyetine veya tüketici mahkemesine başvurabilir.
Resmî bir sürece başlamadan önce lütfen bize yazın — sorunların çoğu hızla çözülebilir.
17. Genel Hükümler
Bu Koşulların herhangi bir bölümü uygulanamaz bulunursa geri kalanı geçerliliğini korur. Bir hükmü uygulamamamız, o hükümden feragat ettiğimiz anlamına gelmez. Bu Koşullardan doğan haklarınızı devredemezsiniz. Biz ise haklarımızı, sizin haklarınızı azaltmamak kaydıyla Uygulamayı işletmeye devam edecek bir halefe devredebiliriz.
