Delete your Wavvy TV Plus account
You can delete your Wavvy TV Plus account and the data it keeps in our cloud.
What is deleted
- Your Google sign-in link
- Cloud-synced IPTV credentials (encrypted usernames and passwords)
- Synced playlists, profiles, favorites, watch history and watch progress
- Device identifiers associated with your account
What is kept
- The device free-trial record, a one-way hash that is not linked to your name or email, so the free period cannot be restarted
- Purchase records kept by Google Play under its own rules
Delete it in the app (instant)
Open the app → ACCOUNT → My Account & Cloud Sync → Remove Account. Your cloud data and your account are deleted immediately and the data on that device is cleared.

Send the request from the email address linked to your account. We complete requests within 30 days.
Warning: Deletion is permanent. A deleted account cannot be recovered. Active Google Play subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting your account; cancel them in Google Play.
Only on this device? Clear the app's storage in Android Settings or uninstall the app. Data synced to the cloud stays until you delete your account.
