1. Our Position
Wavvy TV Plus is a media player. We respect intellectual property rights and expect the people who use the App to do the same.
We do not host, upload, sell or index channels, movies, series or streams. Users add their own playlists from their own providers. Those streams travel directly from the provider's servers to the user's device and do not pass through our servers. We do not monitor or review the playlists users add.
What is under our control:
- The App itself, its Google Play store listing and this website
- The channel list in demo mode. Demo mode loads publicly available channel lists published by the independent, open-source iptv-org project (github.com/iptv-org/iptv). The streams themselves are hosted by third parties, not by us.
- Artwork and descriptions shown from TMDB and OMDb
2. Reporting Infringement
If you believe material available through the App infringes your copyright, send a written notice to wavvytvplus-support@rizeteknoloji.com.tr with the subject line "Copyright Notice". We accept notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), and from rights holders in any country.
To be effective, your notice must include:
- The physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or of a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed
- Identification of the infringing material, with enough information for us to find it — for example, the channel name and country as shown in demo mode, or a screenshot of the App showing where it appears
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf
Incomplete notices may delay our response.
3. What We Do
When we receive a valid notice we act promptly, usually within 5 business days. What we do depends on where the material appears:
- Demo mode: we remove or disable the identified channel in demo mode and forward the notice to the iptv-org project. Demo lists are loaded live from iptv-org, so a removal there also takes effect in the App.
- The App, store listing or this website: we remove or change the identified material.
- Streams in a user's own playlist: we do not host these, and we cannot remove them from the provider's servers or from the internet. We recommend also sending your notice to the provider or host serving the stream.
We will let you know what action we took.
4. Counter-Notice
If material you provided was removed and you believe this happened because of a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, of any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material after 10 to 14 business days, unless the person who sent the original notice tells us they have filed a court action.
5. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we suspend or terminate the accounts of users found to repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
6. False Notices
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. If you are not sure whether material infringes your rights, please get legal advice first.
7. Other Complaints
Trademark and other intellectual property complaints can be sent to the same address. You can also report an app on Google Play directly to Google through its legal help center.

1. Tutumumuz
Wavvy TV Plus bir medya oynatıcıdır. Fikri mülkiyet haklarına saygı duyarız ve Uygulamayı kullananların da aynı özeni göstermesini bekleriz.
Kanal, film, dizi veya yayın barındırmaz, yüklemez, satmaz ya da dizinlemeyiz. Kullanıcılar kendi sağlayıcılarından aldıkları oynatma listelerini kendileri ekler. Bu yayınlar sağlayıcının sunucularından doğrudan kullanıcının cihazına ulaşır ve bizim sunucularımızdan geçmez. Kullanıcıların eklediği oynatma listelerini izlemez veya incelemeyiz.
Kontrolümüzde olanlar:
- Uygulamanın kendisi, Google Play mağaza sayfası ve bu web sitesi
- Demo modundaki kanal listesi. Demo modu, bağımsız ve açık kaynaklı iptv-org projesinin (github.com/iptv-org/iptv) yayımladığı, herkese açık kanal listelerini yükler. Yayınların kendisi bizim tarafımızdan değil, üçüncü kişilerce barındırılır.

2. İhlal Bildirimi
Uygulama aracılığıyla erişilebilen bir materyalin telif hakkınızı ihlal ettiğini düşünüyorsanız, konu satırına "Copyright Notice" yazarak wavvytvplus-support@rizeteknoloji.com.tr adresine yazılı bildirim gönderin. ABD Dijital Milenyum Telif Hakkı Yasası (17 U.S.C. § 512) kapsamındaki bildirimleri ve Türkiye dahil her ülkedeki hak sahiplerinin bildirimlerini kabul ederiz.
Bildirimin geçerli olması için şunları içermesi gerekir:
- Telif hakkı sahibinin veya onun adına hareket etmeye yetkili kişinin fiziksel ya da elektronik imzası
- İhlal edildiğini ileri sürdüğünüz eserin tanımı
- İhlal eden materyalin tanımı ve onu bulmamıza yetecek bilgi — örneğin demo modunda görünen kanal adı ve ülkesi ya da Uygulamada nerede göründüğünü gösteren bir ekran görüntüsü
- Adınız, posta adresiniz, telefon numaranız ve e-posta adresiniz
- Kullanımın telif hakkı sahibi, temsilcisi veya yasa tarafından izin verilmediğine iyi niyetle inandığınıza dair beyan
- Bildirimdeki bilgilerin doğru olduğuna ve yalan beyanın yasal sonuçlarını kabul ederek hak sahibi olduğunuza veya onun adına hareket etmeye yetkili olduğunuza dair beyan
Eksik bildirimler yanıtımızı geciktirebilir.
3. Ne Yaparız
Geçerli bir bildirim aldığımızda hızla, genellikle 5 iş günü içinde harekete geçeriz. Ne yapacağımız materyalin nerede göründüğüne bağlıdır:
- Demo modu: Belirtilen kanalı demo modundan kaldırır veya devre dışı bırakır, bildirimi iptv-org projesine iletiriz. Demo listeleri iptv-org'dan canlı yüklendiği için orada yapılan bir kaldırma Uygulamaya da yansır.
- Uygulama, mağaza sayfası veya bu web sitesi: Belirtilen materyali kaldırır veya değiştiririz.
- Bir kullanıcının kendi oynatma listesindeki yayınlar: Bunları biz barındırmayız ve sağlayıcının sunucularından ya da internetten kaldıramayız. Bildiriminizi yayını sunan sağlayıcıya veya barındırıcıya da göndermenizi öneririz.
Hangi işlemi yaptığımızı size bildiririz.
4. Karşı Bildirim
Sağladığınız bir materyal kaldırıldıysa ve bunun bir hata veya yanlış tanımlama sonucu olduğunu düşünüyorsanız, aynı adrese karşı bildirim gönderebilirsiniz. Karşı bildirim şunları içermelidir:
- Fiziksel veya elektronik imzanız
- Kaldırılan materyalin tanımı ve kaldırılmadan önce nerede göründüğü
- Materyalin bir hata veya yanlış tanımlama sonucu kaldırıldığına iyi niyetle inandığınıza dair, yalan beyanın yasal sonuçlarını kabul ederek verdiğiniz beyan
- Adınız, adresiniz ve telefon numaranız; adresinizin bağlı olduğu mahkemelerin (ABD dışındaysanız, bizim bulunabileceğimiz herhangi bir yargı bölgesinin) yetkisini kabul ettiğinize ve ilk bildirimi gönderen kişiden gelecek tebligatı kabul edeceğinize dair beyan
Geçerli bir karşı bildirim alırsak, ilk bildirimi gönderen kişi dava açtığını bize bildirmediği sürece materyali 10 ila 14 iş günü sonra geri yükleyebiliriz.
5. Tekrarlanan İhlaller
Uygun durumlarda, başkalarının haklarını tekrar tekrar ihlal ettiği tespit edilen kullanıcıların hesaplarını askıya alır veya sonlandırırız.
6. Gerçeğe Aykırı Bildirimler
17 U.S.C. § 512(f) uyarınca, bir materyalin ihlal oluşturduğunu veya hata sonucu kaldırıldığını bilerek gerçeğe aykırı biçimde beyan eden kişi zarardan sorumlu tutulabilir. Bir materyalin haklarınızı ihlal edip etmediğinden emin değilseniz, önce hukuki destek almanızı öneririz.
7. Diğer Şikâyetler
Marka ve diğer fikri mülkiyet şikâyetlerini de aynı adrese gönderebilirsiniz. Google Play'deki bir uygulamayı, Google'ın hukuki yardım merkezi üzerinden doğrudan Google'a da bildirebilirsiniz.
